Taipeh (chin. 臺北市 / 台北市, Táiběi Shì, Tongyong Pinyin Táiběi Shìh, W.-G. T’ai-pei shih, Zhuyin ㄊㄞˊ ㄅㄟˇ ㄕˋ, Pe̍h-oē-jī Tâi-pak-chhī) ist eine Millionenstadt am Fluss Danshui im nördlichen Teil von Taiwan. Sie ist die Hauptstadt der nur von wenigen Ländern anerkannten Republik China.
